FAQS

When will my order be despatched?

Our orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) before 11am, orders placed after this time will be sent the following working day. If you've selected an item which is made to order, these may be longer, please see the timeframe for these within the product description.

Which postal service do you use?

We use Royal Mail (partnered with ParcelForce) for our orders, with the exception of larger / heavier products where we may use another courier. When delivering internationally, these will then be passed onto your local postal service once they have cleared customs.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are sent tracked. When international orders clear customs, the tracking updates with a link to your local postal service where you can continue to track your delivery.

Can I amend my order after purchase?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to assist where we can. If your order has already been dispatched, then you may return your order for an exchange.

How is my order packaged?

We are environmentally conscious and use recyclable packaging for all orders. Our slippers are packaged in a Large Reusable Cotton Bag which we encourage you to reuse.

My order is a gift, can you gift wrap and remove the receipt before posting?

As we are a small business the we don't have the facilities to offer gift wrapping at this time. We pop a packing slip in the package which does not containing prices and allows the recipient to exchange if needed. The receipt is part of your confirmation which is emailed to the address provided at checkout.
