Returns and Exchanges

You’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase? That’s absolutely fine, it happens, and we try to keep things nice and simple.  You can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase*.

After this period, should anything spring a fault within the first 6 months (other than obvious wear and tear) we can arrange for a replacement or refund. Please get in touch with your name, order number and clear pictures to hello@heatons.com and we will see what we can do.

* Please note

    • All items must be unused, intact and in their original packaging and with their original labels.
    • Please ensure that the returns slip with your order number is in the package.
    • Sale items returned within 14 days.
    • For international returns, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Custom products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
    • Returns will be processed within 7 working days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse.
    • Exchanges and replacements are subject to availability.
    • Refunds will be made in full excluding any original postage costs.

Returns Responsibility
Returned products are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please make sure they’re packed safe and secure for their journey back to us. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot exchange or refund an order which is lost. Please remember to keep proof of postage in case you need to contact the courier about your return.
