Absolutely beautiful, not unlike a Gotland sheepskin but slightly longer curly wool and a gorgeous shade of cream. I love it and brings fabulous texture into our bedroom. Just lovely.

Luxurious Rugs

I dithered about ordering 2 of these gorgeous rugs - I need not have worried about spending this amount of money - they are beautiful rugs. So very soft underfoot and luxurious. They are a perfect size for bedside, not as long as a double but longer than a single. Very happy with my recent purchase.

A touch of class

Brought this for my conservatory which has a marble floor and tends to look cold. This beautiful rug has made such a difference the room looks more homely and its great to put my bare feet on !

Gorgeous quality rug with an excellent customer service experience from Westmorland Sheepskins. The rug has such an upgrade by being fabric backed and is the shorter pile I was wanting. Had to exchange the order as the lighter Greg wasn’t quite right for the room decor but that is always a risk when buying online but the returns service was very efficient and I have nothing but positive comments about this business. I will be buying again without question.

This sheepskin exceeded all my expectations, it is absolutely beautiful. Incredibly thick and soft. Just so luxurious and really beautiful. I bought the dark spotted fleece and it's gorgeous. I'm using it as a bedside rug and it's absolutely blissful to feel when you're getting up or going to bed, really warm and soft. Now wondering whether I need another one!!

Tim at Westmorland was so helpful we went to the unit to get a better idea of size and colour we wanted. Lots to choose. Any size colour could be ordered. We were not sure of colour so took one of each, Tim told us we decide at home and swap if required. Really friendly definitely go again

Arrived next day beautifully packaged in cardboard & paper, I couldn't be happier with them. They not only look fantastic but help with my arthritis when I sit on them. My 14yo dog is fast asleep on one now

My wife has always loved sheepskin rugs but very often they seem a bit sparse and shabby. Then we stayed at an Air B&B near Llandovery and they had two of these amazing rugs. We asked where they’d bought them and they pointed us to Westmorlands. This is just the absolute gold star of sheepskin rugs. So soft, lush and the large size adds to the loveliness of it. We’ve been married for 36 years so this has been a long time coming! Ordering and delivery were first class too.

I had already purchased several British Rarebreed Sheepskins while in Harrogate. I moved back to America and realized I would really like a six hide rug for my sitting room. Icelandic Sheepskin Rug (Short Wool)

I am delighted with my rug which was bought to put on a leather sofa. The quality is superb, the pile luxurious and deep, and the taupe colour is just perfect. I can almost feel the rug came from a happy sheep! Thank you Westmorland Sheepskins and, if you ever visit Yorkshire, I heartily recommend a visit to their tempting shop in Harrogate.

Second time I have purchased…. Won’t be the last.

This is the second time I have bought from them. The first time I bought a nursing rug which my little baby boy LOVED. he slept on it every day & night until he was 18 months. As it was so good for him I thought I would treat myself to pair of slippers as I have arthritis in my feet and sheepskin is supposed to be good for support and helping circulation. I amDELIGHTED so soothing after a long day at work. Fast delivery and great correspondence. Thanks. We will be back when my little boys feet are big enough for his first pair of sheepskin slippers.
