The slippers arrived promptly, and look and feel great. Since it’s still mid August they are awaiting the colder weather before regular use, but I have no doubts they will be up to the task of keeping my toes cosy. I managed to order the wrong size by mistake but this was quickly sorted out for me before dispatch.

I love my sheepskin hot water bottle cover beyond reason. It is divinely soft - with just that edge of real wool feel that I am quite obsessed by. It keeps my hot water bottle warm right through till morning and is extremely snugly. I got the grey and I think the colour irl is even nicer than the photo. I was a bit wary that I might feel the zip but it’s made in such a way that you don’t notice the zip at all. I’d give it ten stars if that was an option!

Cute and efficient!

Cute dryer balls help to soften laundry as it dries and also reduces drying time and creasing. Stupidly, I accidently left my original dryer balls inside my broken tumble dryer when the guys who delivered the new dryer took it away for disposal. I had to buy more because I wouldn't be without them!

So glad to have my usual slippers back…..when they were unavailable I tried numerous other makes, but none came anywhere near the comfort and quality. Like others I size up…usually a 5 but now order 6 which are perfect for me, as I sometimes like to wear a sock as well, although the slippers are nice and cosy just as they are.

What a lovely, cuddly hot water bottle. My mum found if she puts it in bed half an hour earlier then there is more warmth in the bed when she gets in. And there's no risk of burning thanks to the sheepskin.

Warm and woolly

I do love this cosy ‘patchwork’ sheepskin hot water bottle cover and its sustainable/no wastage credentials. The only reason for four stars not five is that the zip seemed fractionally too short so that inserting the bottle was difficult. I would prefer to be able to take the bottle out to fill it but to reinsert it when full of hot water is just impossible. Perhaps I was unlucky with the zip as otherwise it’s such a lovely item.

Love the hot water bottle but ….

Love the hot water bottle, got a black curly coated one. The slippers are warm and cosy but I find the soles a little slippery which isn’t great going down stairs so im just using them downstairs. Ive had different types of slippers from Westmoreland before with no issues, just seems to be this slip on mule style.

I love this company. They are friendly, efficient and helpful. This is my second pair of moccasin slippers I have had from them and they are cosy and comfortable. I have also bought sheepskins and they are equally excellent.

Ordering issue with colour being incorrect, I received 2 oatmeal when I ordered 2 different colours, otherwise they are definitely sewn scraps which is what is claimed so that's a positive, 5 stars for no waste ?

Best hot water bottle cover I've EVER had

I was lucky enough to be gifted one of these by my friend and it has turned out to be the best hot water bottle cover I've ever had, and I recommend it to everyone. The bottle stays hot all night long and when you empty it in the morning the water is still really warm. It is also really snuggly, of course, and would be brilliant for keeping little pups or kittens warm and comfortable when you are bringing them home for the first time. One request - please please can you make it in a small water bottle size as well?

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas. She was thrilled with them and so was I. Lovely quality and excellent service. This is my second pair of Westmorland slippers, bought to replace a pair which I wore out. I'm a size 6.5 and find that size 7 is a good fit - feels a bit snug at first but eases within a day or so. Very comfortable and beautifully made.

Not normally one to leave reviews but just can't help myself this time. Placed order on Saturday and received slippers on Tuesday. Okay I paid a couple of quid to get the quicker delivery. No box just a recyclable bag containing slippers in a storage bag as well as a Yorkshire T bag. What a lovely touch!!! Nice to feel you're getting something for nothing. Ordered my usual shoe size and although they feel quite snug I know that they will loosen off. Beautiful quality and can only hope that my new slippers will see me through the winter. Sheepskin offcuts hot water bottle cover

This is my second purchase and I can’t rate these covers highly enough. They are so snuggly and keep the water hot for hours. I prefer natural materials over synthetic and the slower release of heat from sheepskin means the hot water bottles are exactly the right temperature for me. I love that using offcuts means less waste as well as fantastic value for money. Best of all they are made in the uk. I am delighted with these covers. Thank you ?.

Cosy, thick, natural, stays hot, uses waste - perfect!

Lovely thick sheepskin that is really snuggly and warm. My partner stole it immediately ! I love that its made of waste, from natural UK sheepskin, and very reasonably priced. It has replaced an old tired fleece cover, and is a big improvement! Useful to note that because its so thick, the level of heat is more gentle than with thinner covers (even near boiling water feels nicely warm rather than scorching), but it also stays hot all day/night! My only suggested improvement would be a small covering/flap over the top of the zip, but its absolutely not a big deal. Love it.

I dashed off a quick email asking whether to size up or down and had a friendly response right away (saying size up), so I ordered. They arrived in a couple of days, and they are lovely. The advice was correct too - if you wear a half-size, go up in this style! They are very cosy and sturdy. Thank you!

Disappointed this time

I’m replacing an old pair and know it takes time for the wool lining to flatten, but I couldn’t slip my feet into them without bending, and then found the edge of slipper very firm and the top felt rather shallow. Sadly, I have had to return them.

I have only given four stars, as the sizing is a little off now. I am a size 5 and this size has been good for me in these slippers in the past, however, last year the slippers were definitely smaller and I noticed people were advising to size up. With this in mind I ordered a size 6, which are comfortable, but a size I never take in other makes.

Just ordered my second pair of these moccasins. I wanted a full slipper and these have been perfect. They were a little snug at first but stretched a little with wear and became so comfortable. Cheaper slippers are available but these are worth every penny; comfortable, hard wearing and look good too. Highly recommend

The moccasins came quite quickly and well packaged.True to what Westmorland say on the website, they feel a little snug when you first put them on buy in very little time they ease to the size and shape of your foot. I find them cosy and comfortable though I've only worn them a week or two. Time will tell!

Westmorland Sheepskins are always…

Westmorland Sheepskins are always great. This time I bought a bottle of the wool wash which I haven’t used yet but I’m sure it will be good. One of the nice touches was that it came with a Yorkshire Tea bag and a very nice bookmark. I was delighted with this.

Beautiful quality

Due to WFH and turning down the heating at home I am permanently attached to my hot water bottle! My grey Westmorland cover arrived swiftly within a couple of days and I am blown away by the quality. Other similar real wool covers were over £50 so it's real value. It's beautifully made and retains the heat longer than any other cover I have ever used. I also love the fact it's made from wool leftovers so it feels like a green option. Congratulations on an excellent product. I know where I'll be coming when my current slippers wear through!

Great quality product. Comfortable, but my only criticism is the sole is too thin and feel everything. Could do with slight instep to stop being so flat footed.
