Return within 30 days*. Must be clean and unworn with the box or bag. Refunds issued to the original payment method.

Rugs for Life

What is it?

Our sheepskin rugs are made to last a lifetime – literally. If your rug fails due to a manufacturing defect at any point, we’ll replace it, no questions asked. Like a good story, they only get better with age.

How does it work?

If your rug lets you down because of a fault in how it was made, contact us with photographs and your order details. We will repair or replace it for you free of charge.

T&Cs

The guarantee covers faults in manufacture only on all non-dyed sheepskin rugs. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage or misuse, dry cleaning or washing. Always read product care for the best way to look after sheepskin.

Garden Path Guarantee

What is it?

A gentle promise that we will never lead you up the garden path, but our slippers are more than ready to take you down it.

How does it work?

Our hard soled slippers are designed for comfort around the house, but they are sturdy enough for those quick steps outdoors, whether you are taking the bins out or wandering down the garden path. Yes, you can wear them outside. Yes, people will ask where you got them.

T&Cs

Our hard soled slippers are typically made for indoor use, though they can handle occasional trips outside. Using them outdoors frequently  will naturally cause more wear.

Easy Gift Exchange

What is it?

No hassle gifting.

How does it work?

If the gift is not quite right, the recipient can exchange it directly with us. There is no need to go back to the person who bought it. Even if there is no receipt, we can help. All we need is the name and address of the person who ordered.

T&Cs

Gift recipients can exchange or swap their item easily. No receipt is needed, just a name and address. No prices are printed on any paperwork we send out.

What is it?

Trade your old pair of slippers for money off a new pair with us. Your feet – and the planet – will thank you.

How does it work?

Send us your well-worn slippers.  We will see if we can  recycle or refurbish them and put them to good use and you will receive a code for £10 off your first pair of Heatons.

T&Cs

The money off voucher will be emailed after we have received and checked your returned item. A valid email address and phone number must be included in the package to receive the offer. The discount can only be applied to your first pair of Heatons slippers and is not valid with any other offer.

Weighing up naming options, deciding on logos, branding and colour schemes all takes far longer than you can imagine. But we knew we needed to be absolutely certain that we’d made the right decision at every step.
